The best time to visit is between February and September. During the spring and early summer, you can witness foaling season and see newborn horses in the paddocks. From October through winter, the stud begins to wind down and fewer horses are visible on the grounds.

The Living Legends are a team of retired, champion racehorses who are living out their golden years at the Stud. Famous residents often include legendary names in the racing world, such as Hurricane Fly, Beef or Salmon, and Faugheen.
